OUR MORRO BAY, CALIFORNIA hotel

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BAY VIEW ROOMS AND OCEAN VIEW ROOMS?

A: Bay view rooms are located in our main building on the same side as the front desk, on the ground and lower level. Bay view's offer views with balconies of the Embarcadero and the bay behind the shops. Ocean view rooms are located in the east building across the street from the front desk, and offer views of the Embarcadero, Morro Bay, the sand dunes, and the ocean beyond. These rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor of our east building.

Q: WHERE ARE THE ROOM TYPES LOCATED?

A: Lower level bay view rooms are in the main building, on the lower level, with stairs access only. Deluxe bay view and Partial view rooms are on the ground level of the main building. Ocean view and Standard view rooms are located on the second floor of the east building, on opposite sides of the hall. Deluxe ocean view rooms and our Junior Suites are located on the third floor of our east building.

Q: IS THERE ELEVATOR ACCESS IN BOTH BUILDINGS?

A: The main building is stairs access only, while the east building is accessible by elevator.

Q: IS YOUR HOTEL PET FRIENDLY?

A: While we love pets as much as you do, unfortunately we are not a pet friendly hotel. Service animals are always allowed.

Q: I BOOKED A ROOM ONLINE AND HAVE QUESTIONS. WHO CAN I CALL TO CLARIFY?

A: Our front desk is staffed 24 hours, and we are always happy to answer any questions you might have. Give us a call at 805-772-2766.

Q: I BOOKED ON A WEBSITE OTHER THAN YOURS AND NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE. HOW DO I DO THIS?

A: You would need to go through the website you booked on in order to modify your reservation. The front desk is always happy to clarify any questions you may have regarding this.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

A: We have a 72-hour cancellation policy (from our 3pm PST check-in time). Canceled reservations within this window are subject to a charge of the first night's room and tax.

Q: DO YOU HAVE ROLL-AWAY BEDS AND CRIBS?

A: We do not have roll-away beds. We do have pack-and-plays available for no charge.

Q: DO YOU HAVE A POOL OR SPA?

A: We do not have a pool or spa, but we are walking distance from the ocean and many water activities.

Q: WHAT ROOMS ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED IN?

A: For the safety of our youngest guests, children are not allowed in Deluxe rooms or our Junior Suites.

Q: WHAT SECURITY DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED?

A: We require a nominal $20 deposit on a credit card for all of our guests, per room, upon check-in. We only accept major credit cards for room deposits, and the deposit hold is typically released within 5 business days.

Q: ARE THERE ANY SMOKING ROOMS?

A: We do not offer smoking rooms, though there are designated smoking areas on the property.

Q: DOES YOUR HOTEL OFFER ACCESSIBLE ACCOMMODATIONS?

A: We do have accessible rooms available.

Q: WHEN IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

A: Check-in is 3pm PST, and check-out is 11am PST.

Q: ARE LATE CHECK-OUTS PERMITTED?

A: Late check-outs are subject to availability, and may be subject to an additional charge.

Q: DO ALL YOUR ROOMS OFFER A/C?

A: Typically Morro Bay weather is kind enough to us that a breeze is enough, but for those hotter days, our Standard view and Ocean view rooms without balconies offer A/C.

Q: DO YOU HAVE HIGH SPEED WIRED OR WIRELESS INTERNET?

A: We offer high speed wireless internet for no charge for all of our guests.

Q: DO YOU HAVE CONNECTING ROOMS?

A: Yes, we offer connecting rooms in some of our rooms, but please call direct for this requests.
