Morro Bay 4th of July Celebration
Start your 4th of July off right with a fun skateboard race starting at Morro Bay High School, down the Embarcadero and ending at the Maritime Museum. The race begins at 10am. Afterwards, cheer on the Bike Parade that begins as 12pm and starts off by the bridge located over Morro Breek. The flag raising will be at 12:30pm.
July 4th Weekend Art in the Park
If you’re looking for something to do during July 4th Weekend, head over to Morro Bay City Park on July 5th, 6th and 7th for Art in the Park! This will mark the 64th annual show featuring local artists and craftspeople setting out their wares for purchase. There will be over 100 booths at the event as well as food and drink available! This 4th of July weekend, support local artists and stop by!
July 4th Family Fun Day
Located at Tidelands Park at the Embarcadero at Fig Street, come and enjoy this family friendly festival to celebrate the 4th! The carnival will begin at 12pm and run until 5pm. You and your family can enjoy carnival games, a bounce house, dunk tank, live entertainment, lawn games and more! There will also be various food vendors available. The fireworks begin at dusk.
