Alice in Chains is a rock band from Seattle, Washington that formed in 1987. The group is famous for songs such as Man in the Box, Down in the Hole, Rooster, Would?, and Them Bones. The band is well known for emerging during the time of grunge music in the early 90s. The band recently released dates for the second leg of their North American headline tour. Their night at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre will be a blip on a long track that will take them worldwide throughout North America and Europe. In 2013 the band released The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here, a critically acclaimed album. The album debuted at No. 1 on Billboard’s Alternative Albums Chart, iTunes Rock Album Chart, and Hard Rock Albums Chart. The album came in at No. 2 on Billboard’s Top 200 and the first two singles of the album, “Stone” and “Hollow,” hit No. 1 on the rock charts. Now, Alice in Chains has released their highly anticipated album after The Devil Put Dinosaurs Here.

The band’s new album is entitled “Rainier Fog” and is their first new album in 5 years. Throughout their career, the group has received multiple Grammy nominations and has sold more than 30 million records. Alice in Chains will be performing live at the Vina Robles Amphitheatre on August 28th at 7 pm. Opening acts include The Pink Slips and Starbenders. Get your tickets today before they all sell out.
